Payment Arrangements
We understand circumstances sometimes make it difficult to keep up with your bills. If you're having trouble paying your NorthWestern Energy bill, we may be able to work with you to set up payment arrangements that can help you avoid service disconnection.
Payment arrangements allow you to pay your outstanding balance in installments. We do require the agreed upon installments to be paid on time.
Signing up for Payment Arrangements is Easy
Step 1
Login to My Energy Account to see if your account is eligible for a payment arrangement.
Step 2
Click on "Bills and Payments." Select "Payment Arrangements on the left side of the page. Review the Payment Schedule and the Terms and Conditions. If you agree, select "Submit."
Step 3
Check your email for the Payment Arrangement confirmation.
